It covers defects in materials and workmanship that existed at the time of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies on all items returned after the 14-day period and for Store Credit Only.Items must be unused and unopened to qualify for return. Returns are only accepted once an RMA form is filled out and confirmed.To return an item, please follow these steps:Submit an RMA request here: RMA Form Pack the item carefully in the original packaging, with all original parts and accessories. This includes the original box, any packing materials, instructions, and warranty cards. If any of these items are missing, the return may be refused. Ship the item to the address provided on the RMA form. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return, except in the case of a defective product.
